RAOLAX: the Ship as a Moving City

RAOLAX is not only transport. It is a moving city, a legal object, a sealed route system and a social machine. Around a thousand sentient beings are carried inside one structure, but they do not share the same ship.

Some passengers move through quiet corridors with private security and sealed records. Others wait in shared berths, service passages, cargo-adjacent rooms or cryo chambers where a name can become a file number. On RAOLAX, location is status. Access decides what a person can see, who can reach them, and whether the ship remembers them as a guest, worker, prisoner, asset or mistake.

Why the ship matters

The current MUTERRA stage, Who Was on RAOLAX?, asks two questions at once. In the world, it asks who was aboard before the crash changed everything. Outside the world, it asks which creators, holders, promoters and playtesters are present at the beginning of MUTERRA.

RAOLAX gives creators a controlled pressure chamber: elite passengers, engineered bodies, corporate agents, guards, hidden heirs, prisoners, uplifted species, AI-integrated specialists and unregistered cargo all exist in the same route, but not in the same reality.

This is why the ship is a character. It selects people before the story begins.
